'Within the flame of a candle many things can happen – we choose to see opportunity. Candle light gives you the opportunity to connect with yourself through reflection, and self care. It gives you the opportunity to connect with your loved ones through remembrance and joyful moments you create together. And it gives you the opportunity to connect with your environment – we can’t always control what happens in our lives, but we can make our environment what we want it to be. We believe the flame of a candle can set the ambience for the life you choose to live.
At Canvas Candle Company, it is our mission to produce beautiful, high quality candles that are safe for all of our customers to enjoy. Loving hands curate the candles you enjoy every step of the way. From day one we have used a traditional method for candle making and have chosen to hand-pour each candle in small, four pound batches, to ensure the quality and consistency is the same from batch to batch. We have chosen to use the highest quality of ingredients without compromise, and design our products with your home and space in mind.
Our Wax:We use soy wax because it burns cleaner, safer and will last 30% longer than other comparable waxes. We only use 100% soy wax that has been grown and produced within North America. This allows us to know that our wax meets all the North American health and safety regulations and standards. Our wax is also vegan and produced with non-GMO soy beans.
Our Fragrance:Each of our candles is fragranced with a proprietary blend of fragrance oils and essential oils. All of our fragrance oils are 100% phthalate and paraben-free and all of our essential oils are 100% natural and skin safe.
Our Wicks:Our wicks are all natural cotton without the use of lead, zinc or synthetic fibers. This ensures a cleaner and safer burn while you enjoy your candles.
Our Vessels:We source our vessels with sustainability in mind. Each vessel is chosen to be a high quality container that can be re-used and re-purposed within your life. In most cities, our vessels can be cleaned and recycled within your household recycling bins.'
